I personally bought because the title had surprised me. Who has not tried to be perfect in the eyes of others, to be locked in and reject up itself to make a copy without personality and especially without realizing it to be a bloated ego . We deny that we really are and we condemn the constant frustration. For it is indeed the definition, who are we, why are we trying to appeal more to please us, how are we formatted and hypocrytes our identitée. This book helped me tremendously, even if there is no revolution in the philosophy of this book brings word about our ills. And this feeling so pleasant throughout the book to feel a little more free while working on themselves but without developing a complex of self. It opens the gates to a little more happiness if and only if we are ready to challenge with stand back (sometimes not always easy). While indeed there may be a tendency to recognize in each case decrypted by the author, the decline in jack lets you really understand where we are and to be reassured by seeing that yes I enter such a case, but not in others. In're accepting throughout the book that we are not perfect which slowly seems we lester a pressure which turns itself.
I strongly recommend this book to all those who think that the perfect solution is the recipe for eternal smiles and happiness. A bible which opens on itself but also on others.
