With the album Dangerous began a period in which Michael Jackson increasingly sang songs in a slightly aggressive manner. "She Drives Me Wild", "I can not let her get away" and later "2000 Watts" and continue grooving not, they rattle and clatter. Songs of this kind can also be found at Xscape. It's just that I like "Man in the Mirror" or "All The Lost Children" that get in a song "real" MJ feeling. The aggressive sung songs strict me with frequent listening.
ANYWAY I liked the demos on the whole.
What I do not like, is the ironed which have concerned other alleged genius. I do not know why you so make a fuss about J. Timberlake. The last thing a MJ song needed is an adjustment to the now very uniform vermatschte R & B Gedudel where everything sounds similar and there is almost no matter who is singing what song. Some instrumentalization suffers from the use of too much fabric softener. But that was only to be expected.
Both albums - Michael and Xscape - they are not all bad, but not great either. One misses the Michael-cut ... that knocks you off of your feet now baby.
