The album sounds especially harmonically and rhythmically. The melodies are very pleasant and memorable, even if in some cases, as in the nine-minute piece Love Cry the stylistic device of repetition in the form of loops is highly stressed. The overall effect is rather hypnotic as dull monotone. This is the case also for piece # 3. Harp like sounds, organ and piano provide a clear melody that moves in a circle, hence the title Circling (?).
Also in Plastic People is the effect of the repetition rather hypnotic way with very clear organ or piano melodies are added and provide variety and loosening, while the driving keyboard similar Beat is pulled through to the end. Fantastic, great!
The pieces This Unfolds and She just likes to fight surprise addition with guitars and bongo drums. Ress the plate for a moment toward indie that looks very nice.
For me, this is the first album of Four Tet, I hear aware. Under this condition, my judgment must of course be different than for a consideration of all previous releases of this musician. Nonetheless, I think There is love in you for a highly recommended disc. For me personally, a real find!
