Thick end

After I had for years an Oral-B toothbrush with a rotating head, I was initially enthusiastic about the Oral-B TriZone 5000. The new toothbrush plaque away better than the old one and the timer has really succeeded.

But after almost a year to check for the battery, the oscillation frequency of the brush head sank and the cleaning action lies after. No problem I thought and wanted to be in a brown-shop the battery exchange, as I have with the old Oral-B toothbrush over years for each 10 can make. There I learned that in the new brush the battery can not be exchanged. Instead, the entire unit will be exchanged for approximately 70 - which corresponds to about the original price !!!
For the price this brush costs, I expect a device that holds considerably longer and a battery has, the can exchange information.
