By chance I discovered here at Amazon that ALCLEAR Pingi Maxi. Read, I became curious Just ordered a set of 2. If you think about what a good leather costs, not really a big risk.
I'm gone off with the towels and much skepticism. Even when you first try I had to quickly determine: That actually works! These cloths bear the name "Dry Wonder" quite rightly! Just relax and slowly wipe over the wet paint. The water is very well and quickly absorbed - yes sucked literally! It remains a beautiful lacquer finish. I can dry the entire roof area and even the windshield of my station wagon with the Pingi before the cloth for the first time has to be wrung out.
But even then, so in "damp" condition dries the cloth wonderful! Paint, glass and chrome parts are spotless streak-free and dry compared to the previous effort when stropping, the car wash is much easier! I would even argue that the drying is now done significantly faster. After first use, I was asked by my wife if I had the car even polished !! So much for the optical results!
My personal opinion: This microfiber cloth is just awesome! We have fallen in love also ordered other ALCLEAR cloths for windows, kitchen and bathroom and the Pingi I let the same to come a second set.
Incidentally, the smaller version of the Pingi we use now also for drying tiles and shower enclosure.
