Paris Before / After 19th Century 21st Century (Paperback)

Customer Review

The picture is presented here in two periods while maintaining a common denominator: black and white.
Besides rendering it gives pictures, black and white allows a better comparison here.
The texts that accompany these beautiful pictures very well explain the upheavals "hausmmaniens" occurred in the capital and sometimes even link a detail that the eye of the reader was not reading.
A gift giving but why not to oneself especially if one is passionate about Paris and history!
nb: one commentator expressed his disappointment by the flexible cover of the book, I would clarify that the presentation had to be modified since the coverage is now rigid. Another plus to make it a very long book to keep in his library.
