I confirm that I bought this converter to connect the sound of my new TV on my old hi-fi (15) and that it works perfectly with all Freeview channels whether HD or not. A therefore Definitely recommended for those who want to enjoy great sound with a quality image.

As against the great mystery to me is how such a small and simple housing can be sold at that price (I compared to other non French-speaking sites and prices equivalent products are all higher than Amazon).
