In terms of content, the practice must represent less than one third of the book. Few exercises are just fundamental because it is constantly referred to another book by author "encyclopedia of body building movements with body weight." After the exercises, circuits are available with different protocols (tabata, crossfit, ...) One page per circuit. It's been a little padding to make pages given the limited information on each circuit. Suffice to say, the HIIT presentation could have been the subject of a chapter in the book "Encyclopedia of movements" rather than the object of an incomplete book.
This lack of practical content decided me to return this book.
Incidentally, all the books I return are systematically those where one can get a glimpse or at least the table of contents. Laziness of the publishers and / or Amazon? If I had laminated, I will not get it bought.
