To test the performance of the product, I have my GoPro fully charged with the original battery and the test product of MTB 10 times each, and (obscured lens and ambient sound minimized) at constant ambient conditions to the discharge can take. As picture setting I chose a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a frame rate of 30 frames / second.

The EIA of the original batteries of GoPro exceeds the price of the MTB batteries almost died twice (193%). Overall, the plastic casing of the original battery feels a little harder, stronger and more resistant. Also, I could sense the underlying structure better through the jacket of the MTB batteries. Thus 0.5 points from the MTB battery.
Even the adhesive that attaches the pull tab of the MTB batteries, broke up already at the first taking out a little at the connection point to the housing (See first photo at Testberichte.reviews). (The battery can still be inserted and removed without any problems, it shows only that the adhesive used when MTB battery is not as strong as that of the original batteries.) An additional 0.5 points deduction.
The mere looking at the contact point between the battery and GoPro camera, I find that the original battery makes a longer lasting impression. (See second photo at Testberichte.reviews) Although my judgment may be deceived by the mere appearance, I give it 0.5 points deduction.
Durability / reliability (5 of 5)
Durability and reliability in the test I refer to pure battery power. Since the results otherwise overlap with material quality. During the test, no failures of batteries have emerged, yet there was a significant reduction in battery performance showed. 5 of 5 points.

In my opinion, the manufacturer of the batteries have correctly chosen its priorities by allowing a very good battery life (even better than the original) and the price decrease by almost half. I also can not find a competing product which has a lower price than the tested battery. Should I once again need a battery, I can from the current point of view, safely buy the MTB battery, and thereby save a lot of money compared to the original. Therefore 5 out of 5 points for the recommendation.
