Have this knife on the go gekauft.Da I eat a lot of fruits as raw / vegan and ceramic knives in order not prefer the fruit acid with connection with metal comes as the conventional Messern.Für this award is the knife top, have no problems with it and it works alles.Nichts wobbles all sitting :-) order again few pieces
