Top unit makes neat wind and it is also totally silent

Delivered the fan in various parts and must be set up by the new owners only.
The manual contains the description of how the device works, even a drawing of how the components have to be assembled.
I handled it and had the fan after 10 minutes ready for use in front of me. The drawings depict slightly larger would be quite helpful!

The fan is safe and can be adjusted in height.
The three levels are more than adequate. Level 1 circulates air easily and Level 3 already makes neat wind. In any case absolutely sufficient to transport after a working day, the warm, stagnant air out and neatly into motion.
At the back of the pivoting fan head the rotation can be activated / deactivated.
Of course, the fan provides some background noise. This can not be avoided. I think it's at least not distracting.
