The engine is powerful, the operation simple, the stability and kneading the dough (dough for works well) very well. I have a cube interface use to buy small diced vegetables - want to say as far as a round thing. What I'm missing is the ability to adjust the speed. Because that would be good in whipping cream. So you only get butter. But that's the only thing I noticed is negative.
For those who are a lot and love in the kitchen, and sometimes for guests to cook a real asset. To even occasionally something to shreds too much effort in cleaning and also its price is then probably a bit high.
