To flambé of cream Brulle I use this Flambierer. Compared to my old cheap variant brings this device an excellent Flambierleistung. The flame can be adjusted, and a slide switch for continuous detection is present. I have noted, however, 3 points: 1. On delivery of the opposite pole (wire) was bent of Piezzozünders. Only after it is bent to the flame could ignite easily. 2. The adjustment of the flame is low, if you have not adjusted to life; the flame can hardly weaken. Only when you have pressed the slide switch to time-determining results in a significantly further adjustment of the flame, in particular for reducing the flame. 3. The handle (gas tank) is more difficult to keep really big and small hands.
