totally impractical!

I had ordered the litter box for my Norwegian Forest Cats.
At first I was disappointed with the size of the litter box a bit as it was much smaller than expected.
But what bothers me most is the unwieldy closure! around the lid to open one needs almost five minutes. I miss here just the handy side seals the lid to open. now the toilet as ersatzklo is in the basement. have been annoyed me.
The design is ok!
