It is with Nostalgia Glad I decided to discover the pen dAmélie Nothomb. I knew of course his work, his work, but never, yet, having opened one. Is it the cover? The title? What is the element that made me turn to this book? No idea, but I have been charmed.

With only 162 pages, Nostalgia Happy reads very quickly. It maura took a few hours to get into the soul of the author and live with it his last experience of Japan. Retracing his path during the few days of shooting the documentary: A life between two waters, Nostalgia Happy wants to fully autobiographical.

Here the author is allowed to do no more direct vicinity of the woman. Nothing is hidden from us, Amelia trusts, as in a newspaper. His fears idea to review Nishio-san and especially Rinri. How will he react, what he gave up without a word? But also, his pleasures, his pains, his past.

One is thus moved at the same time quAmélie ballast. They saw what it saw as if lon there was only louder. The documentary (which I recommend) was already strong, but read the book this is ultimately discover that the film is queffleurer na. Sometimes the images are not sufficient and The Happy Nostalgia is proof.

Impossible, after reading this, do not immerse myself in the other novels dAmélie Nothomb. So I've made the acquisition of six of his previous books. Both say that i look forward to reading them!
