I had initially considered me to order the cheaper, simple Liegestützgriffe. Now I am very glad that I chose for the Perfect Push Up. After unpacking I have indeed only a little astonished: these things fall slightly bigger than I would have expected. But still a fast stowed exerciser. The thing about the turning had made me skeptical. Especially since I - until recently - was completely untrained and had read a lot of the larger effort to normal push ups. But in fact you have the hang of quickly out! And yes - it's very exhausting, but for a beginner like me suitable. The training sessions are short, but seem to be very effective. For me right - and I love it especially fun. Normal Lieg support I have rarely done because I did wrists quickly hurt. This is hereby considerably more pleasant. In laminate I realize no slides. And an unpleasant smell is not really noticed. For me, the best buy for a long time!
