A disappointing album after Time 4 Change. Particularly disappointing in the resumption of Moaning Mingus. We would have preferred, as an amateur Mingus, a recovery drum n 'bass very upset, rather than a recovery house uninspired and somewhat messy. For, if we must pay tribute to Mingus, it is either by the energy of his pieces, as it is considered the inventor of Hard bop or by engineering structures (overlay themes changes rhythmic). Now here was an album that sounds pretty house and improvised. But Mingus is improvisation and controlled in a complex structure, while here it is false improvisation without structure. No there is decidedly better to wait a great pianist as Laurent de Wilde
