Arriving home I unpacked the small receiver and wanted to get started right away.
However, the device could not be first turn.
So I assumed that the battery is empty, which indeed after unpacking is not more unusual.
So infected charging cable and connected in this case with my desktop PC, but the receiver could still not turn on. The battery LED lit in red, but a pressure on the switch did not bring the desired success.
After a few times Battery out, battery in, switch and hold long etc. I then pressed the reset button on the unit, and lo and behold, then let it be turned on without any problems and the Wi-fi was displayed on iPhone.
The setting then went quickly and intuitively by equip:
Download App from the App Store
-Tizi WLAN with the iPhone or iPad coupling
Off antenna at Tizi complete
Start -Tizi App and tuning Start
-Television!
This was broadly the full establishment of the Tizi.
Then, I also tried the same Tizi @ Home feature, which instantly very well worked.
When using the Tizi at another location best run (in other Freeview channels), a new search, and save the new channel list at the Tizi. So you can in different places, using different transmission lists, as per DVB-T TV channels transmitted from one region to another are sometimes very different.
By the way:
The DVB-T receiver can be always used with only one terminal simultaneously.
So it is not possible to use two Apple devices at the same Tizi. What A Pity ...
Otherwise a successful product that has fully deserves 4 stars.
From me to date, strong buy recommendation!
