Twice Spanish notebook get ...

Unfortunately I can to functions and the speed of the notebook write anything. This review is merely intended to point out that I have twice received the wrong notebook. I received each a Spanish edition, which was not available to me at my orders of 6 March 2015 and from March 10, 2015.

The Windows operating system was installed in Spanish, you could choose from four Spanish dialects, but not switch to the German language. Furthermore, the keyboard equivalent of the Spanish standard and was not suitable for the German market. Since the shipping from Spain took place (in both deliveries) I can do only guess whether it was only a logistical problem or the product description on Amazon is faulty.

A call to the call center was unfortunately, despite all the helpfulness of the employee, not very helpful, since the corresponding staff unfortunately had no additional information. The conversion, however, was both times without any problem, therefore, my mixed rating of 3 stars
