Typical Mike Oldfield - with a difference

Among the many CDs of Mike Oldfield took me this tremendously enthusiastic. Within minutes she takes the listener into a imagimäre science fiction world, far away from the usual subjects when Mike Oldfield. The typical mystical atmosphere is even here yet, but on another level. Voices and scraps of language give the whole thing an eerie familiarity. As Mike Oldfield is dealing here with rhythm and themes brilliantly. Some tracks become real catchy tunes that one has for days in the ear. I hear the CD by always completely and in the end I would prefer to start from scratch. Is also pleasant that the music does not act upset but rather relaxing. This CD should be in every Mike Oldfield Collection! (This is an Amazon.com at the university-student review.)
