Unfortunately for improvement

I have purchased the player for my son (20monate). The first was like broken and the second did not go after 2 weeks the mo3 function.
The device is basically achinmal right. But has the function some deductions:
- MP3s need to start 4 seconds to play them (after the touch of a button)
- But although automatic shutdown is credited the player then always begins again at 1 song
- Also the switch to the next song takes a long time
- Headphone Jack (for later) would also be nice
Please improve necessarily, then it is in fact just right
