Note for people who need more than one partition:
BootIt does not recognize the drive. Thus, the key can not be turned into a "hard disk" and will therefore always be recognized as a removable disk (= Windows then detects multiple partitions, only the first partition).
Additional info: The stick does not have status LEDs. Thus, you can not recognize when you can remove the stick safely or whether the USB port of a foreign device has recognized the stick. On the other hand, no annoying blinking light when using the stick for example permanently as fax memory for a Fritz box.
So far unsolved problem (hence 1 star deduction): My PS3 claiming the stick is read-only and therefore can not my savegames store (error code 80029135). If I set the cluster size to 1024 or 2048 when formatting, then the write protection is sometimes off, but at the latest at the next reboot the PS3 he is back.
Therefore, I use the stick now on my Fritz box as fax memory and used on the PS3 the stick which I had previously off at the Fritz box.
