This lens cap must really be something special, because it is in the production cost little more than 50 cents - but is sold for about 30. According to Sony, this then is also compatible with any camera case.

In contrast, the lens cover, which I ordered for 2.50 of China's (30mm, for GoPro Hero 3), for some files (something else too tight) with my wonderful Skeleton Case, and the Case and Camcorder my HDR AS100V combined.

Congratulations Sony for developing a useless and overpriced product. I hope my reference to the GoPro Hero 3 lens cover helps so many not unnecessarily spend a lot of money for this purpose.
