Just as I am used of all my Samsung products (notebook, tablet, SD Cards, Smartphone, TV, Dryer, monitor, etc ...). On my Dell XPS18 connected under Windows 8.1 via included USB 3.0 cable, the plate was detected directly. Acronics Tru Image 2014 Backup started and finished was my image backup. In over 12 years I have never seen a mistake in Samsung products.
