The screw on the fixing clamp had a Gewíndeschaden with the first delivery.
When replacement the same screw was totally bent.
Send an email to the company gave hope to get a replacement screw. Unfortunately not!
You send the part rather twice back and forth and thus produces unnecessary cost and has a dissatisfied customer.
