A very nice book basic but more than disappointing final. The pictures are very beautiful, but none match the finishing part that explain how to decorate cakes. For example, you are told to make a sugar paste decoration that not even explain it and the picture is not so, they are just put blueberries. This really is especially bad for this type of work and cakes presented. The decoration of these pastry plays a vital role and it's more than an afterthought. In the end, I have the distinct impression that the author never made these cakes, and the photos are taken elsewhere ... We find better goods works of the same kind with real explanations and corresponding photos!
