I first bought the SRT 7402. This is payable on the ASTRA satellite 19.2. although the signal quality, were Max was unable to find me a chain. I had made the return. Following this I choose the SRT 7403 on satellite Atlantic Bird3. Here no problems found all channels including HD. I think more reliable than the SRT 7402. This is only my opinion ... On the other hand I find it unseemly that the factory code to reset these two decoders does not appear in the manuals provided .... I had to contact the company to obtain the STRONG. Not normal !! For those interested the factory code for the SRT 7402's & 2004 for the 7403 SRT 1004. As usual super fast delivery & well packed AMAZON
