I was made aware during a pre-contest with about 60-70 km weekly running volume of a friend on the Blackroll after I started having problems at ITB (band at the knee) again. Since I was already several times in this regard at the physio and the pain associated with high intensity occurred repeatedly, I was happy with every suggestion for relief - and thought to myself at 30 you can try out the role of times. Upon receipt I have 2-3 times a week for about 15 minutes. long some exercises for the legs with the role performed. In particular, the "roles" of the lateral thigh has helped me with my pain problem. After roughly 4 weeks, I walk again without pain. Even the "roles" of the calves after a strenuous workout is really very pleasant. The roller is made of a relatively rigid material and makes a high impression. So far, no signs of wear can be seen. Although the price for such a simple role with 30 is really highly rated, I would recommend them without reservation!
