I am Battlefield player since BF 1942 and have the one or other CoD`s obsessed (currently Advanced Warfare). Killzone: SF I got myself for 23 in the PSN Store offer including Season Pass..
For Multiplayer: Very cool experience including teamwork with random players and some singleplayer Feeling in multiplayer.!
- Really nice graphics (! Also online, still there is currently no other shooter on the PS4 or Xbone ran)
- (?) 17 very nice varied maps
- Great, not Off The Sci-Fi Feeling
- Little Lag / good input and direct feedback on results etc.
- Heavy, more realistic control and interesting Aiming without objective help (!). Initially slightly less precise than the competition but you get used to it quickly. I have in Killzone feel the gun really to use (especially in contrast to the "air pressure" -Pistölchen of CoD)
- Still full server
- No level system but the one funded a plethora of small character boosts and adjustments on the collected-game Valor
- Gameplay differs drastically from BF and CoD. It is an arena shooter and therefore goes more in the direction of Batman. But the flow of the game is very different from Batman - slower, tactical. Success only through team play and it works amazingly well with a random team
- Inter alia Japanese language edition in the PSN Store purchasable (yes, costs 99cent ... but how cool is that for please Japanese martial roar during the skirmishes, fits perfectly with the setting and to me personally worth every penny!)
What I sometimes do not like well: Base Camp. Especially in Team Deathmatch the opposing team regularly besieged their own base with guns, Spawnbeacons and air drones. With a little more skill and a good team such camp should also be solved.
I love BF and Batman, both games still games regularly. With Killzone I now have a third alternative which I primarily zocke currently. When Bock has an arena shooter and a CoD times too hectic or you simply prefer to jointly marched with a team to victory, then strike.
