The product installation is very simple. I updated the firmware without problems and the QNAP website you can easily find the packages that come with the hardware (the CD does not have the latest versions as often, if not always the case). I put the road in Raid 5 server with four 2TB disks (backup photos, Archi autocad projects so rather large files). There are 2 RJ45 to improve the transfer speed. A very significant point is the absence of noise despite the 4 hard drives. The list of software and functions is quite long. I have not explored everything but no reason that the rest is not up to par. This is the first time I buy QNAP not material but probably the last, it is a mark to recommend (this is the case to say). So a 5 star, no downside, bravo to that undertaking. Sincerely,
