The range of the remote switch is limited, however, the trigger works otherwise perfect and is perfectly adequate for my purposes. Who relies on a wide range, should rather rely on a remote trigger. But if one anyway is behind the camera, and it is only important not to have to touch the camera when triggered, this product is definitely recommended.
