The noodle attachments for Artisan originate from Italy and are to have as well as for various italienei manual or mechanical Nudelmaschien.
At the KitcheAid they are Allerding much more practical. Due to much greater distance from the working surface and the speed control of the machine, the pasta is hereby make much easier.
