I had 2x 250ml "Bullini" ordered and received. In the pictured photo the cup also looked quite appealing, after the first use they felt somewhat "clunky" before. Upon request, the most customer-friendly service - if only all shop's
were so nice - I was offered a free exchange in 2 double Socrates-tea glasses with lids. This I have today received well packaged with saucer and lid. Lid = no charge, second delivery = no charge. Thank you for this insanity. Due to the lower capacity the glass looks even slimmer and thus more pleasing. My Earl Grey tea came in even best advantage and remained with the lid also long pretty hot. I can tell this from the store 1A Feelino just as outstanding and definitely recommend harmless on. Other buyers can practice tricks at the settlement and the articles offered.
