Since my Technisat is HD8 + wandered into the bedroom, I was looking for a new model for the living room and I ended up at the UFS912. The UFS912 runs completely with me without any problems, without any interference. In direct comparison to the HD8 + has the UFS912 a much more extensive EPG, faster switching, and generally a more modern user interface. TechniSat HD8 + is also a good receiver, which allows so innately the reception of HD + channels. In brief, a CI module with HD + card is available to these stations to be able to see (if necessary) with the UFS912. The picture quality of the SD, and the free HD channels is excellent in both devices, the sound via PCM or Bitstream also running perfectly.
Should I opt for one of the two receivers, so it would be due to the superior of the Kathrein EPG UFS912.
