The smaller paring knife is really optimal for cutting and sharp enough. The Vesper diameter, however, has disappointed me. I have lots of cheap Vesper knife cut wrong and always thought it's because they were so cheap. But unfortunately I have exactly the same problem with the knife WMF .... Pay me now order einzelnd only the utility knife.
