After one year (November 2013) of the curling iron stopped working.
The power button is defective.
But the company did not respond to my repeated messages warranty.
The company is not reachable by phone.
According Conditions legal claims in the Netherlands would have to be invoked.

The company Petra Elektric was in 2013, the Dutch company Tristar Europe (formerly WMF Germany) were sold, which has obviously suffered the previous good service performance of the company WMF.
