I actually own the previous model, PLV Z 2000, which I've been using for about 1.5 years. Unfortunately I this has blown due to a short circuit. So I have given the Beamer on Monday to post. Tuesday afternoon I received an acknowledgment of receipt of the order Company of Sanyo. On Thursday came the package by post back to me. Ie. It was fixed within 2 days. The whole process has therefore lasted 4 days ago, including round-trip shipping. Except for the cost of postage for sending me was billed nothing. So at this point a very big compliment to the warranty service to Sanyo. A better and faster and more straightforward processing of warranty claims is so far came at me still no other company. Exemplary!
