Well-functioning and user-friendly kitchen scale!

I have this kitchen scale of SmartWeight ordered in the color black, because I have an electric kettle and a toaster had by DeLonghi in high gloss black, and the three things therefore go together very well. The scope of supply other than the actual balance are still 4 AAA batteries and an illustrated instruction manual in 5 languages.

Visually this flat kitchen scale is an absolute delight, because it not only looks very valuable but even a little precious with this black body. The smooth surface made of tempered glass has where could settle flour or dough residues no grooves or edges and they can be very easily cleaned easily with a damp kitchen towel. Just a kitchen scale has to be, because who would not ever clean the balance after the cooking or baking.

The display is very large and bright and can be easily read. After some weighing runs with different objects I could find only minor deviations from 1-2 grams and was very impressed with this result. Can be weighed recipe blends up to a weight of 5 kilograms, which should be sufficient for every household well and at other scales is not always the case. After one minute rest, the scale switches off automatically.

Right next to the display is the tare touch point on which the scale both single, as can also be turned off. On the left side of the screen then the fashion touch point through which the individual units - like gr, lb and oz - can be selected. There is even a distinction between a cup of water and a cup of milk, which I have never seen in a kitchen scale. If you, for example - as I - would like very much to bake from American baking recipes books, one has here saved the Convert. One very pleasant thing.

Due to its flat design, this kitchen scale of SmartWeight can be easily stowed, or as in my case - leave it on the kitchen counter. Rubber feet on the bottom to ensure that this kitchen scale does not slide.
