which is really quiet (at level 1)

Heizlüfter a subject in itself, this is my 3rd in a very short time, but this one is really very quiet.
What other manufacturers promise holds this here, at level 1, it is really very low, but does not very warm, at level 2 it is a bit noisy but still okay for me.
He looks good in color, to match our new modern bathroom.
He does not have a toggle switch that has puzzled me somewhat.
In operation, it remains fixed and does not move on the ground, the problem I had with another heater.
The fan heater smells from the beginning only very weakly by plastic and the smell has dissipated after about 1 day.
