The Cover Power-Loc technology should not be confused with the Sion Power-Loc technology.
Cover Power-Loc technology - with liquid special glue = greasy matter
Sion Power-Loc technology - to be fixed with simple adhesive pads = great
The toilet paper holder itself was ok, if he did not meet qualitatively and in my opinion the price.
