Recently we have seen that Nikon now its successor, the S9600 has brought to the market. We thought that this camera would be right as successor and at least about 100 cheaper than the big sister S9700 itself exactly to our wishes. And certainly no longer exist, the "teething troubles". Test results, we have not found on the internet before ordering, so we ordered the "blue haze" this camera from Amazon.
Delivery:
For delivery, we can say only positive things. The camera was even a day earlier than indicated. TOP!
Appearance:
The camera looks at first glance of pretty high quality. Upon closer inspection, however, turns out that the housing is made of plastic. As such, a very well-processed plastic, but has in the region no longer be price. The camera is small and is in itself good in the hand. Weight is optimum.
Flash:
Somehow all have "pop-out" at the moment this flash. This is quite strong, so the images overlight places a little. One can "runterschrauben" the exposure a bit. Unfortunately, the flash sits right where you usually hold the camera with your left hand. Legal fiddly if you look only must the habit hold another. Negative is also that the flash must be manually pushed in when this is no longer needed. Even when you turn off these must be pushed in manually.
Motive code:
The camera has some motive options with preset values. These can be customized in a different modes automatically a little will. There are indoor, outdoor shot, characteristics available at the choices etc
Speed:
The camera is ready to work after switching. Several shots in succession they processed swiftly.
Exteriors:
Clear images, barely visible color losses at the edge, very little to no noise (depending on settings)
Interior:
Clear noise behavior, overexposed images (even without flash), false color rendering
That's all an absolute no-go! Nikon have contacted the live chat and asked in which settings can I minimize the noise behavior and to have sent there a sample image. The lady told me that the camera "does not own permanent noise suppression in this sense have" (ka what she means, but you've seen it).
She wanted me to make certain settings and then again zuschicke her a picture. Unfortunately, neither M nor a P, the camera on the rotating wheel above me so this setting has not been possible. I should then make another (now possible) setting and send a picture. The picture was better than the Innenaufnahmeautomtik but still with extreme noise, which was clearly visible even in a down screwed MP number.
Conclusion:
The camera returns. Only indoors under natural light should be almost no large visible image noise. It makes taking pictures in any line fun. The camera is otherwise quite beginner-friendly. Advanced Medi have minimal settings. Professionals should continue to engage in a different price range.
In principle, cameras have a purchase price of 150 almost as good as this one - even if the other might have a few less MP and / or are a bit slower. Could not care less. 16 MP need not necessarily! Dear reasonable 12 MP ... (if because of the corresponding camera battery would have no problems - but that's another topic)
