At my request, I was at the "parent company of the parent company" (DeutschlandSIM is 100% subsidiary of b2c.de GmbH and this is a 100% subsidiary of Drillisch Telecom) referenced and should again make an inquiry there. So instead of putting themselves on the "short distances" the request, the job is transferred to the customer - "class" service!
Anyone who probably ignored a petrol voucher baited praises among the reviews here, get a good picture of how the service with the company looks and unsubstantiated denials, and sudden price increases appear not at all are so rare. The whole "smells" in my opinion confidence trick.
My conclusion: In this business, I do not want to be a customer - all the other negative reviews speak volumes: Here is "Customer is King" to the petitioners. The SIM card therefore is now back by return.
