After I had bought at a trade show me a woolen pan and noted that this pan is great, I also bought more the next smaller pan. I have the same pans fed for two months in use and use my other pans since no more (uaSilit and WMF) and have it to the scrap metal. The new wool pan nothing sticks, the cleaning is very easy (just wipe). There are no scratches when I use the fork turn times the meat. I'm going to buy myself a small pan 20 and hope that the coating still keeps so as before.
