Wonderful English soap

I use since about 2 years instead of canned shaving foam, simply because the foam produced by hand qualitatively much higher quality than the most expensive foam from the can. The shave is much gentler and the smell can be hardly put into words. I had previously soaps of Pecksniff and St. James of London and I must say that this my best so far like it here. The soap foams very quickly and is produced with the brush a very nice creamy lather of solid consistency. The wooden pot is very nice to look far as I know from high-quality olive wood. The soap can be opened directly in the crucible. After shaving, the cover protects the soap from drying out.

What you should consider when all soaps: leave on absolutely a bit, because the main purpose of a shaving is soften the beard hair by alkaline constituents. The difference between a cheap soap and this English soaps are just the ingredients. This soap contains many natural oils and since only the raw materials for the production are not favorable. I shave about 2 times a week and in my case holds a soap min. Six months. Cans foam is much faster and all costs in the end more than this soap. Foaming with the brush lasts maybe Applying the face for one minute.

I can really recommend to anyone this soap a try. Simply buy a cheap paintbrush in DM (only costs a few euros) and off you go. I think everyone who has tried it once will never attack again can.

The soap can be found here even without the cup as refills. You can grate the soap with a normal kitchen slicer small and transfer to another vessel and then melt in the oven ... so could save still costs money that the crucible.
