I do not criticize the finish and even less discretion operation, but it is good to learn about the power you need in fact there are different powers and it is only 0.650 amps which is too low to many GSM GPS mode requires at least 2 amps because it consumes faster than it charge and therefore your battery is empty despite it's plugged into the cigarette lighter.
