Works well on induction, but will burn on.

The wok works well on a 2.1kW induction plate. The bemänglete many Wok Owners cold edges can not observe - it is all well and uniformly hot. We use the machine every day without any damage so far.

In New state nothing is ever burned, and I was thrilled by the coating. Total repellent for oil and other food the Wok was cleaned wipe with 3x.

But:
After about the 10th application, the structure of the inner bottom coating has apparently changed by the action of heat, ie, has become rougher. Now really sets everything to the floor.

I kept the part anyway, because it works so, and you can live with the fact that you always have to scrub the floor clean (after use always be drunk with water, it dissolves more easily).
