Hardly had already climbed into my macbook pro in mid-2009.
As said in a previous review, install an app on mac to activate the trim function that will not degrade the perf ssd and prolong its service life.
After some speed test, ls ssd allows writing to 240 mb / s and read at 260 mb / s (again on a mac book 2009). Result, many feel the difference in speed when starting level and in daily use compared to a hard drive.
The disc offers a combination of 6 gigabit and on my mac, speed negotiated with the gigabit controller is 3, so has the speed of my sata controller.
I recommend this product.
