I buy the yogurt cultures of Jean Pütz for years and had always delicious, creamy (puncture-proof I do not like) yogurt. Recently my old yoghurt-maker went (about 18 years ago bought at spinning wheel) broken and I've bought a device that does not need more power. The meantime, I bypassed with a purchased Naturjogjurt (1.5% fat) compared to home-made was absolutely mad, which is homemade pleasantly mild. Also in the new device (I leave but the yogurt lönger mature) of yogurt with these cultures is just super! Can I absolutely recommend to anyone who loves creamy and mild yoghurt like!
