A small book moderately priced (pocket) with illustrations of the series of postures (vintage illustrations in black and white that are dated) but the key is there: the Rishikesh series, the sun salutation good start in yoga with one of the fathers of yoga in France. This will not stop course to follow an introductory course in the dining room. I bought it AFTER a course of 10 introductory sessions to keep practicing alone at home.
