Zero support in Xavax!

The portal for remote control does not work at Xavas. On Support with technical problems should better not be hoping for.
I turned because of portal problem to ELV, EQ-3 and Xavax (Hama). ELV has a great support (super reaction time), but does not have jurisdiction, EQ-3 is the manufacturer teeming with reference to the distributor from. Xavax the distributor but operates under [...] apparently a dead drop. The Software and Portal links refer to EQ. 3 This company is yes but not responsible. Unfortunately I have no time to continue playing this game and therefore write this review.

Before buying should therefore be considered very carefully, in which the DISTRIBUTOR MAX! Components are purchased. Personally, I have decided here apparently wrong.

Addendum:
A detail is mandatory when using the cubes. This is the Internet connection. Just to clarify, this is not about an option! Without Internet connection will not update the system time. This results in a short time to drift over time. Without registration portal of the cube permanently flashing a warning light. This has especially in living rooms (in the evening) an interesting effect. The concept behind it is a mystery to me.
